Alexandra Wright
Alexandra Wright was born in the heart of the Delta in Cleveland, Mississippi. She grew up splitting her time between San Antonio, Texas and Mississippi before moving to California to attend the University of Southern California. At USC she studied theater, spending part of her undergraduate career working and studying in London, England and Paris, France. During her time at USC she won several prestigious awards for her acting performances, including the Dolittle Award for most outstanding graduating actress. After graduating magna cum laude from USC, she received two scholarships to attend the American Repertory Theater/Moscow Art Theater School at Harvard University to study for her MFA. Part of her training included a three-month residency in Moscow, Russia, studying and performing at Stanislavksy’s theater, the Moscow Art Theater.
