Tracy Powell

Tracy has been a proud member of Interact since 2001and their award winning production of A Little Night Music. Interact audiences will have also seen her in The Dining Room, as Jolene Oakes in the L.A. premiere of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Kay Thorndike in State of the Union and as Mrs. Millennium in Urinetown. She was also the choreographer for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and won an L.A. Weekly award and Ovation nomination for her choreography of Interact’s Urinetown
Others theatre credits: Sheila in 9 productions of A Chorus Line, First National tours of The Unsinkable Molly Brown with Debbie Reynolds, The Will Rogers Follies with Keith Carradine, Pippin, 42nd Street, to name a few.
She has appeared at the Hollywood Bowl in My Fair Lady, Mame, Mass, The Sound of Music, Camelot, and Guys and Dolls.
Regional theatre: Elvira in Blithe Spirit and Lorraine Sheldon in The Man Who Came to Dinner are two of her favorites.
Television: Frasier and General Hospital.
She is currently the head of the performing arts department at Louisville High School and is learning from her students every day.
