Emily Deschanel

Emily Deschanel is best known for her 12-year run as Dr. Temperance Brennan on the Fox crime procedural comedy-drama BONES, based on the novels and the career of forensic anthropologist and author Kathy Reichs. Since BONES, Emily had a recurring full-season arc on TNT’S ANIMAL KINGDOM as the manipulative recovering addict Angela. Other TV credits include DRUNK HISTORY, and, most recently, as Nathan Fillion’s character’s ex-wife on THE ROOKIE.

In addition to her TV roles, Emily  has appeared in the features CONTINUE, COLD MOUNTAIN, GLORY ROAD, MY SISTERS KEEPER, and THE PERFECT FAMILY. Theatre credits include THREE SISTERS, and OUR TOWN at Interact. Emily’s voice can be heard on episodes of THE SIMPSONS, BOJACK HORSEMAN, and AMERICAN DAD and on the feature film BEYOND BEYOND.
